Welcome to Switchyard Pizza Kitchen! Here, our delicious ‘za is handcrafted using only the finest and freshest ingredients beginning with our own homemade naturally-leavened pizza dough, our homemade San Marzano tomato sauce, to our imported mozzarella blend, Pecorino Romano, and olive oils imported directly from Italy. Add fresh, local ingredients, and cook each pizza in our big stone-lined oven. The result? Delicious ‘za with a crispy crust, served right in our taproom!
We’ve got whole 20-inch ‘zas for sharing and individual slices for when you just want a bite for yourself. The kitchen is open daily until 9PM, with ‘za by the slice after 9 PM.
So, join us in the taproom for a tasty slice in one hand and a pint of craft beer in the other, surrounded by good friends. We can’t wait to see you!
