Do you believe beer can be a catalyst for positive change?
Do you believe in taking risks?
Do you live life with purpose?
Do you want to help make our community a better place?
If so, we might just want to meet you!
If you are hard working, driven by challenges and looking to have fun in a truly unique high-involvement "work" environment consider a position with Switchyard!
Working at Switchyard is not like working at most other places. How come? It's hard to put a finger on any one thing that makes it the way it is, but when it comes right down to it, it's all part of our culture! We tend to want to be part of something bigger than ourselves. We are inquisitive and want to grow and become better versions of ourselves. We have a strong internal drive. You can feel the pulse of our energy when you enter our taproom.
Above and beyond all else, working at Switchyard means making a serious commitment to learning about great beer and great service; we combine ongoing training and education to make you an expert in craft beer and the brewing process. We practice open book management, providing coworkers access to our company financials and a clear view into our decision making processes. We believe that the collective is stronger than the individual and that informed coworkers will make responsible decisions, encouraging a community of trust and mutual responsibility.
