Brand Guidelines

When using the Switchyard branding, follow the requirements described below. By downloading or using any Switchyard Brewing Company logo, you agree to adhere to our usage guidelines. As outlined below.

In general
Please don't use our name or logos in ways that may be confusing, misleading, or suggest our sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. For example, your name and logo should be more prominent than the Switchyard name or logo. And please don't edit or change the Switchyard logos — we like them just the way they are!

Advertising, promotional, and sales materials
Please check in with us before using our brand materials on websites, products, packaging, manuals, or for other commercial or product use.

Education and instruction (books, guides, publications, and conferences)
You can use our brand materials for educational and instructional purposes, but please remember that it shouldn't be confusing or misleading, or suggest our sponsorship. 

Also remember to include this statement (or something like it) in your printed materials: "(Title) is not affiliated with or otherwise sponsored by Switchyard Brewing Company"

Products, websites, names and logos
Please don't use our name as a part of your company or service name, website name, trade name, or product name. Don't use our logo or incorporate our logo into yours. Don't use a domain name containing "Switchyard" or any confusingly similar words.

Linking to or
You may use our logos and branding on your website or blog as long as our branding guidelines remain in line with these guidelines.

While we make lots of t-shirts with our logo on them, we don't generally allow third parties to make, sell, or give away anything with our name or logo on it. If you would like to use our logo on merchandise of an event that we have directly sponsored, please contact us.

Switchyard® and it’s graphics, logos, icons, badges, designs, patterns, videos and other assets are trademarks of Switchyard Brewing Company.
It is important we adhere to these guidelines to protect our reputation and brand identity. Trademark law requires we protect against improper use of Switchyard Marks, but also against confusingly similar marks.
